Savannah Rights Initiative (SRI) is a results-oriented NGO in Ghana delivering integrated, community-based development programmes that address the root causes of poverty, exclusion, unemployment, and child labour.
We operate in underserved agricultural and extractive sector communities where sustainable livelihoods and protection systems are critical for long-term development.
Resilient, inclusive communities in Ghana where youth, women, and vulnerable children have access to decent work, protection, and equal participation in governance.
To design and implement integrated development programmes that promote climate resilience, eliminate hazardous child labour, expand youth employment opportunities, and strengthen inclusive governance systems.

Savannah Rights Initiative recognizes that sustainable impact is best achieved through collaborative partnerships within the civil society ecosystem. SRI actively seeks to work alongside local and national CSOs, NGOs, research institutions, and private sector actors to complement existing initiatives and strengthen collective development outcomes.
Rather than duplicating efforts, SRI prioritizes co-implementation, knowledge sharing, and capacity strengthening partnerships that leverage the comparative advantages of different organizations. Through consortium partnerships, joint programming, research collaborations, and community-based implementation models, SRI aims to contribute to stronger, coordinated responses to development challenges across Ghana.
