SRI integrates a strong rights-focused and governance-oriented framework that enables women and marginalized communities to take an active role in local decision-making. Through leadership capacity building, civic awareness programmes, and advocacy opportunities, the organisation helps communities better understand their rights while promoting governance systems that encourage participation and inclusion.

We also works to strengthen the abilities of women, young people, and other disadvantaged groups to engage in policy discussions, contribute to community governance structures, and shape development priorities at the local level. In addition, the organisation facilitates advocacy platforms and mentorship networks that support collective action on issues affecting livelihoods, gender equity, and social justice.
